Before handing over your keys, please remove valuables and tell our team about any delicate, loose or pre-existing vehicle concerns.

By entering and remaining on the premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your wash service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, please leave the premises immediately.
Looking after your valuables
To help keep your property safe, please remove any and all valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with one of our attendants.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Kingston Carwash will abide by its obligations consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms and conditions should not be taken to limit those obligations.
Liability
Other than as provided for by the Australian Consumer Law, Kingston Carwash expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with your participation in, or making your vehicle available for, the provision of car wash services.
Indemnity
You indemnify members of Kingston Carwash against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by you, your vehicle, or your breach of these terms and conditions.
